So had an idea about how to make the league a little more unique and put a spin on the draft.
Maybe every year all the players for all teams (except one/two protected players) will be put in the draft pool for all the teams to draft from.
This can create an exciting way for teams to build their teams. One strategy didn't work? Draft a whole new team for a new style?
Or we can stick to the traditional draft and have 2 rounds.
Either way we have to figure out something for the expansion teams coming in S2!!
What are your thoughts?

I like the unique draft, but we need to be able to protect more than 1 person. At least 2, maybe even 3

Why would you like a unique draft Wes? Don't you like to keep your solid team?

I like the unique draft, but we need to be able to protect more than 1 person. At least 2, maybe even 3 I'm leaning towards protecting only 1 (if we do the unique draft). I like the idea that draft picks might become really valuable as teams would really want their hands in the first like 5 picks.

I'm more for the traditional. If we do unique though keeping 2-3 players would be better.

Changed my vote to traditional if you're only gonna be able to protect one person. I'm thinking 3 might be the right number if we decide to implement this.

Guess my vote maybe shouldn't even count b/c I'm not a team owner but if you go unique you need to be able to protect more than 1 player. Have a core of 2 or 3 players that you can keep.

If I changed the unique draft to be able to protect 2 then who would want that?

I still would prefer traditional.
