[Potential Stockwatch]
- Potential is a "stat" purely based on activity. It has no affect on a player's performance in-game whatesoever.
- As members are more active, there is more chance for them to earn more upgrade points, thus making their player potentially better than a less active member.
- Every new player will start out with a 50 (C rating) and the Commissioner will increase or decrease this stat as he sees fit based on the activity of that member.
- Periodically, the Commissioner will update every player's Potential based off the user's activity in D7.

- Low: 25: Pot
- Average/New: 50 Pot
- High: 75 Pot
- Extreme: 100 Pot
